It appears simple at first—bands of red, yellow, and magenta suspended between lines—but the eye quickly realizes nothing here is still. The diagonal marks begin to interfere with the color fields, creating a subtle vibration, as if light itself is passing through a filter. The red deepens, then softens. The yellow glows, then shifts toward something almost electric. Magenta hovers in between, unstable, alive.

The lines do not sit on top; they activate what lies beneath. As the viewer moves, the colors seem to flicker, not because they change, but because perception does. The mind tries to separate form from color, but light refuses that division. Instead, it blends, disrupts, and redefines.

Depth emerges without shadow. Movement appears without motion. What is flat becomes spatial, what is fixed becomes fluid. The painting becomes a quiet experiment—how little is needed for light to awaken color, and how easily color can reshape the act of seeing itself.

In this space, perception is not passive. It is created, moment by moment, in light.
